DMCA Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
TeraPlay respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. This page describes our procedures for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent provisions under Indian law (Section 79, IT Act 2000; Intermediary Guidelines 2021).
How we operate
TeraPlay is a link-resolving utility. It does not host, store, cache, or index any copyrighted content. When a user submits a link, we fetch the file from the originating host in real time and deliver it directly to the user. No copy is retained.
Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and believe that content accessible through this service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to tbotsupport@gmail.com containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- The specific URL or link at issue, with enough detail for us to locate it;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
What happens next
- Valid notices are reviewed and acted upon promptly — typically within 48 hours.
- The identified link will be blocked from processing through our service.
- Where appropriate, the requesting user account may be suspended.
- We may forward a copy of the notice to the user who submitted the link.
Counter-notification
If you believe your link was blocked in error or through misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to tbotsupport@gmail.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material removed and the link at which it appeared;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore access to the link unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers.
