Privacy Policy

This bot is operated as a personal-use utility. This policy explains what limited data we handle and how, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011 (India).

1. What we collect

• Telegram user ID — to apply rate limits, remember your acceptance of these Terms, and keep anonymous usage counts.
• Links you submit — processed transiently to fetch the file you request.
• Basic usage events — counts such as requests, errors and shares, kept in aggregate.

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, email, contacts, location, or message history. We do not profile you or sell any data.

3. How long we keep it

Operational logs and usage events are automatically deleted after 30 days. Your consent flag and rate-limit state are kept only while the service runs.

4. Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties. To deliver a file you request, the bot contacts the originating host (e.g. TeraBox) on your behalf; their own privacy terms apply to that host.

5. Your rights

You may stop using the bot at any time. To request deletion of your stored user ID, contact tbotsupport@gmail.com.

6. Security

Data is held on secured servers with restricted access. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards as required by the SPDI Rules.
