Yes. If the TeraBox link has been run through a URL shortener like bit.ly, the parser follows the redirect chain to find the original TeraBox URL.

The bot tells you specifically what went wrong — whether the file was deleted, set to private, or the link expired.

TeraPlay automatically rotates through mirror domains (1024tera, freeterabox, nephobox, etc.) to maintain uptime. You do not need to change the link.

Yes. We are a link-resolving service — we do not host, cache, or redistribute any files. Each request is resolved from TeraBox and delivered only to you. Nothing is stored after delivery.

No. We do not log which files you download, store any content, or keep a download history. Your Telegram user ID is used solely for rate limiting — no names, emails, or phone numbers are collected.

No. The downloader only works with publicly shared links. If a file is set to private by its owner, we cannot access it — nor should we.

We are a link-resolving utility. We do not host content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to download any file you request. We comply with all takedown requests from rights holders.

As long as you can access Telegram or the TeraPlay website, yes. No software installation is needed, so IT restrictions on app installs do not apply.

You can process up to 5 links per minute. This prevents abuse whilst being more than sufficient for normal use.
